The Leading A Legendary Life Course is dedicated to the creation of legendary women artists and writers!

Leading A Legendary Life provides a context for living.
Women who are seeking a deeper connection to creativity and community will find what they are looking for in Legendary Life.

This course provides:

• Creativity Awakened: Step by step Painting instruction through lively inspiring videos released every two weeks.
  
• Writer's Self Activated: Creative Writing Prompts and  support for strengthening your writing practice.
  
• Empowered Thinking: Innovative approaches to right brain left brain thinking as well as opportunities to cultivate and share your own ideas.
• Self Confidence: We build self confidence from the inside out by working with limiting beliefs and ideas of self and offering new concepts for the development of personal identity.
  
• Each participant will create and complete a large painting of her legendary self, to display proudly  in her home (YES! check out the student work below)
  
• Each participant will write a legendary chronicle with 3 episodes
• Each participant will experience improved clarity around her thinking and her approach to living.  Learning how to use mind and heart together.
• Each participant will leave with an improved sense of self and be able to articulate what is important to her, what she wants to create in her life.

Leading A Legendary Life is a conversation which creates and holds the space for you to explore your own identity. We are all here to CREATE something with our lives, and our very being. And yet we rarely get to spend enough time cultivating that visioning time, and making it a practice. This course causes a space to OPEN up in your life so that you can take the time, and be supported in a creative community. Shiloh's mission is to share the principles of painting, writing and innovative thinking as a creative practice. So that from this point forward you can say: I am an Artist. I am a Writer. I am a Creative Being.

I believe that we all desire to express our creativity.  To be art. Most especially to: To paint. To write. To think. To see.  And to feel from the heart.  What if there was a trip we could take, without leaving our home, granting us access to our own internal wisdom, thereby bringing VITALITY to everything we set our mind, heart and hand to? What if we could feel better about our lives, and our identity, even . . . legendary?

Being legendary is not a destination or a goal to be reached. It is not about being famous or respected. It is not about what others think about who you are. But about what you think about who you are. Being legendary is a headset. A heart set. A set of creative disciplines. ABOUT THE LEADING A LEGENDARY LIFE COURSE

Prerequisites: No painting or writing experience needed! Honestly!  You just have to show up and participate!

Through the Leading A Legendary Life Creative Practices you will:

• Connect, interact and work with class participants and instructors in our private online space, The Constellation, and through biweekly teleconferences.

• Develop a daily meditative practice with a Heart of Gold Journal.

• Create an Original Painting of your amazing Legendary Self, through instructional 13 step-by-step videos.

• Write your Legendary Chronicles - a three chapter novella about her/your Legendary Life adventures.

• Be assisted in structuring a consistent creative practice, gain an empowered sense of yourself as a visionary artist and cultivate an awakened awareness and ability to access right brain/left brain functionality.

Time Commitment: One hour per week conference call. 1 day per week on creative practices. 15 minutes a day for writing practice and the online campus. (**Please see further comments regarding Time Online at the end of this description.)

Requirements: Access to phone and internet, computer, digital camera and a place to work and paint.

We at Cosmic Cowgirls University are grateful for the miracle known as the internet! After all, it is one of the vehicles for delivering our work across the star studded miles, and allows us to easily connect with YOU.  However, time online presents challenges, with the trend towards an ever increasing amount of time in front of the “black box” - and away from what matters most. We believe being with family and friends, creating our art, growing our businesses and living our dreams are among the most important ways to spend our precious time.  Therefore, in an effort to reduce computer time, we are continually working to make all our course materials downloadable.  Many of our online classes, will of course, require time online, but we want to support you in thinking of it as an access point - more of an campus check-in point.
