A note about our cancellation policy...
Our workshops are usually full, so we ask that women make the utmost attempt to come after they have signed up. A cancellation may mean someone else was not able to attend. Further, the day that you sign up, about $100 in costs for materials, food and administration is spent on your behalf. You can cancel up to two weeks before for a full refund* minus a $25 processing fee.*
Less than one week before - You can transfer up to 50% to another workshop. No full refunds (due to food and materials orders) - unless of course there is an emergency in your life in which case you can speak with Shiloh about your situation.
Less than 72 hours, no refunds will be given - unless there is an emergency. You can discuss transfering a percentage of your payment to another workshop with Shiloh.
Our real policy is, that all cancellation refunds can be negotiated with Shiloh so that it feels fair to
both parties. With workshops, the expense up front for the presenter is considerable, cancellations equal a loss of income, or our ability to fill your spot. AND we are always open to negotiating.
Depending on when you cancel, it may take up to a week to process your refund.
After 13 years of doing workshops, our cancellation rate is less than 1%!
